We all have those people in our mind who we imagine are judging us, laughing at us, or rolling their eyes at us every time we show up on social media.

Maybe it's people in your present life or people from your past like mean girls from high school, exes or old co-workers.

These are your imaginary trolls.

These people don't actively troll us online, but they live rent free in our minds... stopping us from showing up how we truly want to.

Today I'm sharing my experience with my own personal troll, plus how to let yours go so you can be yourself on social media and promote your business freely without worrying what your imaginary troll is thinking.
